In collaboration with Graine de Photographe, I run a fine-art architecture masterclass in Paris and La Défense. Two days to build a personal vision of architecture: reading the lines and the volumes of a building, deciding what stays and what goes, then translating all of it into black and white.
Long exposure takes up a large part of those two days, because it is what moves the image towards interpretation. Post-processing is treated on the same footing as the shooting itself: it belongs to the writing, not to the retouching.
The same masterclass exists for established groups and photo clubs, up to eight people. Dates, locations and content are defined case by case, according to the level of the group and the time available.
