Driven by a will for deep transformation, SFIL — the leading financer of the local public sector — brought its staff together for a first-of-its-kind internal convention, orchestrated by the agency Creative Spirit.

The Hangar Y in Meudon, the world's first airship hangar, offered a spectacular setting: under its wood-and-glass framework, a refined scenography in the house's colors — large screens, "FUTURS" signage, breathing spaces.

Plenaries, executive speeches, panel discussions and exchange time: the reportage showcases both the staging of the venue and the faces of the day, for SFIL's and the agency's internal communication and social media.
